Thrive with ADHD is a focused 4-week online course created for ADHD adult who want to stop struggling and start thriving in daily life. You’ll get practical tools, brain-based strategies, and weekly live coaching sessions with a psychologist to help you build momentum, focus, and confidence.

Course Structure

Most people with ADHD know what they should be doing — but struggle to start or stay consistent. This course helps you bridge the gap between knowing and doing with systems that are easy to stick to and adaptable to your life.


Each session is 60 minutes long, delivered online or in person in small groups of 4-10 participants. You’ll receive worksheets, exercises, and follow-up materials to reinforce learning.
