Our 4-Week ADHD Group Coaching Program is designed to help you build practical skills for managing your diagnosis, daily life, and academic or professional challenges. Week 4: Emotional Regulation & Self-Acceptance

  • Understanding emotional dysregulation in ADHD
  • Tools to manage frustration, impulsivity, and rejection sensitivity
  • Building self-esteem and developing self-compassion
  • Next steps: Creating a sustainable ADHD-friendly lifestyle
